Who we are
Sidis is operated by Sidis ("Sidis," "we," "us"). This policy covers the information collected through our website at sidis.pro. Questions about it go to ai@sidis.pro.
What we collect
The only information we collect on this site is what you choose to enter in the invitation-request form.
When you first request an invitation, that is your work email address.
If you go on to tell us about your property, we also collect the details you provide: your name, role, and phone number; the property name, management group or ownership, city, and state; the number of rooms or keys and the number of properties in your group; how you run laundry today, how you track linen, your current linen supplier, and your approximate annual linen spend; your timeline; and anything you add in the notes field.
These are staff and business details only. We do not collect hotel-guest information through this site, and we do not ask for it.
We do not use this site to collect payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.
To prevent abuse of the form, we keep a hashed (irreversible) form of the requester's IP address for up to 24 hours; we do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use what you share to contact you about Sidis and a possible pilot for your property, and to prepare for that conversation. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database hosted in the United States. When you submit the form, our website may also send us an internal notification so we know to follow up.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Service providers that help us run the site and reach out to you — such as Cloudflare, which hosts the site and database — process the information on our behalf and only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as we are in contact about a possible pilot, and to maintain a record of your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and deletion requests
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email ai@sidis.pro and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
As Sidis develops, we may update this policy. The current version will always be the one posted on this page.
